first parent style.css is loaded and inmediately the child is loaded overwriting the parent rules

Thanks. I would also need to know. When its the best time to active the child-theme during the installation proccess? In a premium theme, the user usually have to upload the demo content (xml file) and the theme options demo content (json file). When its the best moment to active the theme child? Before or after uploading the demo content?
