Chrome Theme? - Building a simple ruby on rails application

I desperately want to know where I can get that slenderman chrome theme Jim is using in the videos!

That's not a theme. That person is used for switching profiles in chrome. It's an extremely useful feature as it allows you to have 2 completely different browsing environments with separate cookies/localStorage/history/etc..
