Circle menu

Hi guys,

I hope this isn't too much to ask but I'm really stuck. I intend to rebuild our company site using Bootstrap and Wordpress, but there's a page I'm really stuck with in terms how to redo it: http://themarketingcampaigncompany.co.uk/what-we-do/

This page has a circle menu which reveals more about these services. How can I go about redoing it within the bootstrap framework? If that's too difficult are there any suitable alternatives? Any help would be very much appreciated as I'm very keen to get this site redone.

Are you wondering how it was made on the current site so that you can replicate it, or are you familiar with its current construction and you want to redo it in an alternative way?

Frankly I'm not a fan of how this looks at the moment. A circle would be good but I think it needs some for of animation.
