how do i close subscription of enrollment?
i downgraded from pro to basic plan and was supposed to be refunded $22.9 for the remaining balance and $25 for the basic plan since i want to close the subscription.
i have emailed teamtreehouse, no response yet.
Any clue ?

I don't think anyone of us here will have the slightest clue why you're haven't been refunded yet, wait for the reply from the support team, usually it takes up to 24 hours to get a response.
Until then, keep on hacking!

Our ticket queue has been emptied quite a few times since this was originally posted, so if you haven't received anything, perhaps it ended up in a Spam folder. Without going into account specific detail, when an account is downgraded from Pro to Basic, you will receive the difference in the form of a pro-rata credit applied to the account, not a refund.
