One of reason why I joined Treehouse because of their accessibility and having closed caption on all videos. However, lately I noticed that many of new videos have no closed caption at all. This put me in hugely disadvantage as I'm Deaf. Is there any reason why almost all new videos dated up to about month or so ago to now have no closed captions?

39,199 PointsIf you have a list of videos that have been out for over a month and are currently lacking subtitles send an email to Treehouse support at help@teamtreehouse.com so they can check on them.

8,600 PointsIt can take several days for newer videos to receive their closed captions. If you see a video that doesn't have any (again, newly released videos will not have them immediately) just shoot us an email at help@teamtreehouse.com!

3,043 PointsI would make suggestion to have icon CC by video to know which have subtitle than having to click to every video to see if they have or has been added recently. For example, Treehouse Show Episode 47 and upwards have no captions. And it is painstaking to check every episodes from 47 to 65 to see if any of those captions has been added.
