CMDER: ... is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Whenever I try to run anything in CMDER, I get the following error:

'<NAME OF PROGRAM>' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Please help, I've spent several hours already trying to resolve this. Thanks!

Hi Todd, I had similar issues until I added the paths to rails in my environment variables. Hope this points you in the right direction.
