Philip G
14,601 PointsWhy? Which type of error are you getting?
Steve Davis
5,332 PointsNo error. Cannot input anything. Try it yourself and let me know.

14,601 PointsWorking for me...
Can you please post a screenshot of your screen?
Steve Davis
5,332 PointsNope, will not work. It is still frozen. I cleared the browser cache, did not help. Looks like other people are having similar problems right now in other Treehouse courses, from the recent posts in the forum.

12,711 Pointssame problem for me. Different courses, but same results.

14,601 PointsYes, I think they have problems with all of their services.

4,266 PointsDid you watch the video offline or are perhaps redoing the course without watching the videos? I hit similar screens if I don't watch online. If this is your situation, you can click on the video prior to the challenge and then just click the forward button (don't have to watch the video) and the system will cue that you have accessed the video and Code Challenge is available.
This also happened once when I DID watch the video online, and for some reason hitting the arrow back to the video and then the arrow to the challenge unstuck it that time, too.

5,332 PointsThanks for your answer Eileen, but that is not the problem. It appears that Treehouse is experiencing a system-wide dysfunction of some kind. I like the word malfunction better. Not saying I like either one, however!

4,266 PointsNo worries, and you are perhaps the most polite person that ever posted in a forum. Perhaps my answer might help someone else, but if not meh? Also, when in doubt, I always try another browser. Guilty confession is that I usually browse in Opera (which the tests here don't work within-so I need to switch at that time)
Seriously, Opera tends to be so much faster and it's small enough that folks don't tend to bother to virus it (hope to hell I didn't just invite that). I was a FireFox gal until it got so unwieldy that it started to become buggier than hell.

5,332 PointsHi Eileen, I liked Opera last time I tried it, which was quite a long time ago. Will check it out again. Good idea, to take the quizzes and code challenges without watching the videos. I have been playing them at double speed. That will be the next challenge, to skip them altogether! haha!

4,266 PointsA major computer geek turned me onto Opera, and unless I'm on a site that has things I need to access that hasn't written for Opera, it is my go-to. I just hope to hell it doesn't go the route of Firefox (which was awesome until it became popular...don't get me started).
