890 PointsCode Challenge Engine Error
I selected "General Discussion" because I don't think this problem is just related to Ruby.
When I try to check my work in the Ruby challenge that asks me to "Add 'css/normalize.css' to the page as an external stylesheet," I get the following error across multiple browsers:
There was a problem connecting to the Code Challenge Engine: Timeout Error. If this problem persists, please contact support at help@teamtreehouse.com.
Do any of you know what's up with that?
Thanks! Doe

7,465 PointsI got the same problem, with a complete different challenge so I think the problem comes from treehouse servers.

42,016 PointsThere is a problem with the code challenges at the moment. Not really sure whats going on. Refreshing doesnt fix it. It seems the only thing that works is to wait a while then try again. Its pretty intermittent. I emailed support earlier today about the issue when I noticed it but that was after they closed.

890 PointsThanks for the quick responses. I'm so relieved to know that I'm not alone, though I hate knowing that others are suffering with me. I will just do something else for a while and come back to it later. I did send a support email. Hopefully they will fix the issue soon.
I'm new to Treehouse and I'm so excited to work my way through some things--it's disappointing to be stuck. LOL!

42,016 Pointsyou can still continue with your course and keep working through it by the way, you just have to skip the challenge(s). so you really arent "stuck", just inconvenienced.
