Code Challenge Won't Load

Code challenges are not loading properly and I am unable to do them. Every time I reach a code challenge, the files for the code won't load and the questions don't appear. I have tried this on 2 different computers and 3 different browsers (IE Firefox Chrome) and I keep getting the same result. I also tried accessing code challenges I had previously completed and they also wont load, keeping in mind everything else from videos to quizzes is working fine.

This is what I get whenever I reach a code challenge:

Is anyone else having this problem or is there a known solution?

I have the same exact problem! I have tried it on many different browsers and I have done many resets, and support can't seem to help me either :/ it was working just perfectly fine then one day and now I am no longer able to do code challenges anymore.

It looks like a problem with the rendering of the CSS which the engineering team of Treehouse have been working on in recent weeks. If it persists you can let the support team know by emailing help@teamtreehouse.com :-)

Thanks for the info, I already sent the support team an email but I was just wondering if anyone else had encountered the same problem and I have as of yet sill not found a solution to the problem.

So after a talk with the support team, we figured out the issue was with the connection. For anyone else who encounters this problem, if you have access to another connection or vpn it will probably be a good fix.

Alternatively I did the following and now everything is working perfectly:

1) Go to Network and Sharing Center in Control Panel 2) Select you connection and click on properties 3) Scroll down and select IPv4, click on properties 4) Select "Use the following DNS server addresses" 5) Enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Hope this helps
