Code Challenges for Stage 8 of "How to Make a Website" not working

Two of the Stage 8 Code Challenges for "How to Make a Website" will not load for me. I get the directory bar with the .css file name, but the challenges and the markup do not appear on-screen.

I am currently using IE 11.0.11 and on Windows 7 Home Premium.

It is a trend across multiple browsers now. Tried with Chrome. I'm seeing a couple others post about issues, so there might be a Treehouse site problem surfacing.
