Code Convention for Windows Visual STudio Code

I tried the code using Windows VS Code, however I always encounter an error in the chromedriver missing PATH and PositionalParameterNotFound is being displayed in the terminal field, ive tried searching elsewhere for some answers but still not found one. What am I doing wrong with the code?
