Hi Julie,

The directions are telling you to use the :nth-of-type() not the :nth-child(). Try again with :nth-of-type() and the code should pass.

Hope this helps and happy coding!

Hi Julie!

The giveaway is in this part of the challenge:

"Replace :nth-child with the pseudo-class that only targets a specific TYPE of child element."

So, you'll want to replace :nth-child(3n+4) with :nth-of-type(3n+4).

This passes:

/* Write the CSS in the media query below */

@media (min-width: 607px) {
  img {
    float: left;
  }
  img:nth-of-type(3n+4) { /*** only targets a specific TYPE of child element ***/
   clear: left;
  }
}

I hope that helps.

Stay safe and happy coding!

thanks, both of you! x
