Code Oregon: How to Register for WorkSource Oregon Open Computer Labs

Prerequisites: Must be ACTIVE in Code Oregon & completed 1 Badge in a Track & be on a Track.

  1. Go to https://www2.worksourceportlandmetro.org/.
  2. Click on "Go To My WorkSource" button.
  3. Sign In or Create Account with a Username & Password.
  4. Click "Submit" button.
  5. Click on blue "Workshops" button. a. Find a workshop by searching by date, location, & class. (Easier to do) OR b. Select a workshop from calendar. 1.) Select WorkSource Portland Metro location. 2.) Select "Code Oregon" from drop down menu. Make sure your selection shows in the field. 3.) Your selection will appear on the date in the calendar. 4.) Click on the workshop inside the calendar
  6. Click "Next" button.
  7. Select WorkSource Portland Metro location.
  8. Select workshop ("Code Oregon").
  9. Click "Next" button.
  10. Select specific "Code Oregon" workshop from list.
  11. Click on "Sign up now"
  12. Click "Next" button.
  13. Click "Sign Up" button.
  14. Return to step 5 above to see "My WorkSource Activity." You will see you are registered for the Code Oregon open computer lab. (https://www2.myworksourceportfolio.org/Portfolio.aspx.)
  15. Sign out of your WorkSource Oregon account.
  16. Attend Code Oregon open computer lab session.
