I'm about halfway through the Front-End Web Development track and I think I'm ready to tackle coding my first website. I want to make sure I'm following best practices in my coding and would find it very helpful if I could have someone review my code. Would the community section be the best place for that?
I've also thought about reaching out to a web design company to see if they would help me out. I live in a small town in southeast Missouri, so I don't have the resources locally and nobody in my network of friends/colleagues knows anything about coding (I come from a graphic design background).
I know the Techdegree is an option, but I don't have the funds to support that right now.
Any help would be most appreciated! Thank you!

28,694 PointsYou can try. If you're lucky you'll get someone with some expertise and a genial disposition (sadly, i fail on both counts). You could also ask about other avenues to get your code seen. You might be able to find something to collaborate with someone on (a common interest, a charity project), where having your code be seen and being able to ask for mentoring might be natural.
In terms of study options, Jennifer Nordell recommended https://www.freecodecamp.com/, i think (if something's helpful, i prefer to give credit to the treehouse user who suggested it). I don't know that much about it. It might give you a longer term syllabus without the cost. It sounds like it would take quite a while, so you might want something a bit more expedient.
Any how, good luck.
