Declare an int variable named numberOfSports and set it to the number of elements in the array using the array's length property.

 String[] sports = { "Basketball", "Baseball", "Tennis" };
String bestSport = sports[0];
int numberOfSports = sports.length;

Your code is fine and it should work. I tried it myself and it worked 100% so that's weird. I would copying your code, refreshing the page, pasting the code, and trying the challenge again.
