coding with the video

How do I code simultaneously while using the video. What's the easiest way to do it. How do you do it.

get a second monitor. use pause a lot.

I have to pause the video at times because they tend to teach fast. I play the video then get my workspace up start typing with them and when they get too far ahead of me I will pause the video double checking my code with theirs to make sure I didn't miss anything; then I make sure that I understand their logic and syntax before resuming.
