Collaboration with other students

Are there any plans on some team building courses at treehouse? I mean I'd love to work on some additional projects just for fun and training, but I end up hating the process at the stage of deciding what colors to use. I'm pretty much sure that somewhere there are people with the opposite problem, like they want to draw some exercising icons, or images, or styles but don't have anywhere to put them. Or maybe I'm wrong and designers actually don't need any collaboration projects to learn )))

It would be great if something like that would be under the leadership of treehouse staff. Or if some students want to work together (preferably designers, but web and iOS developers are also welcome) we could improve our resume with something like - "able to work in a team"... and they also say you don't actually know VCS unless you collaborate with others =)

I'm in the beginning of Android degree (doing 4th of 12 units).

Hey Evgeniia,

I have the same interest. I'd like to work in a team for building additional projects you can put in your resume or just for learning purposes.

Right now I'm going through the Front-End-Developer Course and almost finished the Web Designer path.

hi =) sorry for late answer, I was on holiday ;) front-end and design - cool!!!, I guess we need somebody who can do full-stack/backend now to make all this work... or in worse case I can somehow learn it probably, at least I already can do something in Java, although I still have no idea how to put it all together and the server-side of the story %)

But we still can already think of an idea. The simplest thing I think would be to find some very small local business that would agree to a website and an app for free with the condition that we can use it for our portfolios.

What do you think? Maybe you already have some ideas =)
