Collecting data

I just created a registration form from css and html, what is the best, neat and easy way to collect data from 50 to 100 people?

Google forms are my go to way. http://support.google.com/drive/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=87809

Probably not the answer you are looking for. But, there's little-to-no-work involved. Easy if you're under a constraint.

The PHP & MySQL combo is probably the easiest if you want to code something by hand or you can just use WuFoo
