Coloring the Text in a <p>

I can't quite get the styling down to color the paragraph text black... any help would be appreciated

}

  margin: 0 auto;
}

}

 color:#fff; 
}

}

or with hexdecimal:

p {
   color: #000;
}

or for RGB colour:

p {
   color: rgb(0,0,0);
}

p is your selector, selecting all

<p>

tags in your HTML, then the rules you apply to your selector are within the curly brackets (braces).
