Column layout inside Carousal - Bootstrap

Good day

Is it possible to have a column layout within the Carousal? The idea is to have the first slide blank with the just a background, but when you slide to the right, an album will display. These images needs to be in a column layout.

If you wanted the side of the column blank or just have text w a background, you could always just edit the image in photoshop so that it would change w the picture. The other option is just to change the size of it
