Command not found when trying to convert MP3 to CAF

For future reference, I want to be able to know how to do so; but it only says the file not found, and I can't refer to the SFX folder when I call the function. I can't open the terminal from the folder if that makes any sense. Is there a step by step guide I can do to convert from start to finish? Seems Amit didn't do that and kind of showed it mid way. Thanks!
