How did you get all the highlighted lines to be commented?

If you click on the "Edit" menu on the top of the workspace you will find a list of various formatting actions that can be done automatically, like indenting or commenting code. All of those actions also have a keyboard shortcut associated with them that is listed next to the action.

The shortcut used in this video is ctrl + / which toggles line comments. It's worth noting that this shortcut will only work if you have a keyboard with a dedicated / button, which is not guaranteed as a number of European keyboard layouts do not include a dedicated key for forward slashes.
