Hello James:

It's difficult to tell what the problem is, based on the information that you've provided. Could you provide a little more context about the problem (e.g., error occurred during answer completion, quiz, or Workspaces)? Then we can help with a more specific answer.

http://www.stackoverflow.com is a great website to learn about providing context to define software problems. Best regards, Dan

Thanks Dan I'm new here but I'll do my best to explain. In the after video code challenge when I hit check work, it spins for a good 30 seconds then pops up a message saying there was communication error and tells me to start over. In the browser notification bar at the bottom it reads validation.twitter while it is checking my work.

This is not really a problem for the forum; this should be for customer service. 30 bucks a month should be enough to warrant live chat support.

Hi James:

I've seen these errors before. I'm not sure why it happens. Apparently it's a gliche in the system that periodically repeats. When it happens, I report it to Teamtreehouse then continue working on other stuff (e.g., notes, configuration, write code, etc.) until they resolve it.

I'm sure they're aware of the issue, and they always address it ASAP. Teamtreehouse.com is a complicated bit of software, so there's bound to be some hickups once in a while.

Best regards, Dan

We just added some capacity this morning to the challenge evaluation system that should hopefully make this a little better; we're definitely keeping an eye on things.

Have you tried logging in and out of Treehouse?

The communication errors happen a lot. I write down the answer and type it in quickly. This does help.
