is normalize.css just something that I just copy/paste and include in my future webpages i develop? or is it something that I need to develop further or start from scratch like my XXXXX.css or index.html pages?

22,818 PointsNormalize.css is just some pre-written CSS you can use when designing your website. You can either download it and link to it using a <link> tag in the header, or integrate it into your own CSS files.
