conditional statement to check media is uploaded or not

I want to display logo if it is uploaded otherwise i want to display blog name. please help

How are you having the site logo uploaded ?

Through wp media upload or through custom post type ect.. ?

How are you getting on with this? Your code looks pretty okay to me - is there a specific error you're getting?
