Design Usability Testing

Confidentiality agreement

I was wondering if there is a confidentiality agreement sample document. I ask this because the site I want to test is confidential, and I don't want the testers to comment about it nor copy the idea. Thank you.

Hi Anna, since confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are legal documents, they should be created and reviewed by the legal counsel at the company doing the testing. I wouldn't recommend using a template or copying something online, but something like this doc is a good starting point. Just be sure to get it reviewed by a lawyer before you have anyone sign it.
