Confirm Form Resubmission when refreshing game.

After I make edits to the workdspace I refresh the page of the game to see if the changes appear correctly and when I do that a "Confirm Form Resubmission" notification comes up and states "Returning to the page might cause any action you took to be repeated. Do you want to continue?" Then it usually takes me to a blank white page requiring me to hit refresh again for the game to load correctly with the changes that I have made.

Is there any specific reason in the code why this is occurring?
