Confused about Css elemntes

Hello my friends :)

I've two problems about css . 1- Property and value .

How i know all of them , how i writing right property code with right value code

Example : Float,Padding,Margin ,.... Ect. 33% , 50px , Top , Left , Center , Both , .... Ect.

2- Selector , Elements

I see many page write many selector with id or class in Css file like ;

navbar

.nav nav.navbar

Why and when writing like that selector code ?

Rather than trying to explain it all to you and probably confusing you more in the process take a look at shayhowe.com you'll get a really good grasp of all the naming and syntax, its a great site.

Those are tough to try to explain in a forum like Wayne said above. Spend more time going through the CSS lessons here and you'll start to be able to answer these questions yourself. It'll make more sense to ya!
