Console has directories and files randomly distributing themselves

Hi teamtreehouse community,

I have a problem with team treehouse console I am using for learning git. When I was cloning my_really_cool_project and naming it our_clone_project instead of looking like in the tutorial it is just all over the place. Plus the problem is that everything I do on this console is saved and instead of one documents directories I have three more which are hardly directories but files. Does anyone know how I can just go back to "clean" console?

you have to email help@teamtreehouse.com and ask them to reset your virtual console.
