Console Tool error

When I opened up the console via the developer tools on Google Chrome to test out the math.random() function on the MDN website I keep getting the follow error message

VM46:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: math is not defined at <anonymous>:1:1

It starts with a capital M! So it's Math.random().
