Console (while working offline)

How would I go about accessing "the console" if I am working offline? I'm using the MAMP program and TextMate on a Mac while running on Chrome.

You'd just use your native terminal application on your computer. Just navigate to the root of your project in your terminal, and than it should work just as it does on workspaces.
