Constructor of a class is a special method which doesn't have a return type and must have the same name as the class name in which it resides. In this case, your constructor should have the name of GoKart and not color. Kindly see the comments on the below code:

// declaring a public constructor with the same name as the class but no return type
public GoKart(String color){
//initializing the field color using this keyword;
this.color = color;
