Converting a Wordpress Marketplace to a Mobile App?

I know its possible to create a wordpress marketplace like Etsy or Task Rabbit using the tools described in this blog post:

But my question is, can you convert something of this size into a mobile application for IOS and Android without writing any obejctive-c or java?

A detailed response will be very very helpful. Thanks!
