Could someone please explain this to me thank you

I cant understand the question ?

bool wheelsAreRound = true;

string downcased = "DoNuTs".ToLower();

var input = "22";

var converted = int.Parse(input);

var total = 0.0;

change all the statically typed stuff into var.
