If you're a Gold member here at Treehouse, you should check out Jim Hoskins' HTML 5 Mobile Web Applications masterclass. It covers a lot of interesting features like HTML 5 datastores, but it also dives into the jQuery Mobile framework.

It seems like this would be something that could be touched on deeper, because jQuery seems to be such a large part of making websites now.
