Course Suggestions - (Game development, business, databases, web-design, app development)

Hello everyone, I was previously a member of Treehouse; I really appreciated the time and effort that went into their videos and they were helpful, I decided to stop as i was more marketing and enterprise orientated.

I am in the process ofstarting a project that require development skills and would greatly appreciate if you could provide me a guidline for what type of skills i should look for in a young developer, after which I will likely begin to get them on Treehouse as well to suppliment their skills.

I will need someone who can do web (windows and mac) and app development (windows, android and ios) for a social project which will facilitate group chat services, games mechanics (avatars, leader boards, points) and would require database skills for recording and storing large amounts of data.

If possible could you tell me the coding skills i would require in person to complete that and the tracks you would recommend should be completed in Treehouse to fill gaps if the person is missing or needs to refine something.
