Create a box for Post

Hello, I'm trying to make a box dynamic for create a text in a blog, I used a text area and php, but, when it calls in a final page, it comes with no paragraph edited and I don't know if it makes with javascript a link for insert a <ul> and <a href> between the text (post), when I'm creating a text.
