create a helper method that checks whether or not GoKart needs to be charged

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I got

public boolean isBatteryEmpty() { 
  return mBatteryCount == 0;
  }

It says i need to return false

Regarding your question, I noticed your using mBatteryCount? You should be using mBarsCount since that already keeps track of your battery.
