Create a line below and above nav

I am trying to figure out how I would create a solid line in CSS right above and below my nav on doctorladybug.com.

Any help is appreaciated!

border-top: 1px solid black and border-bottom: 1px solid black

You can use a border or <hr> to create an horizontal line and use this link and click code to style it.
