Let's break the parts of the selector down:

  • img :point_left: image element
  • [ :point_left: attribute selector
  • title :point_left: attribute name
  • ^= :point_left: "begins with"
  • "product-" :point_left: partial title
  • ] :point_left: end of attribute selector
  • { :point_left: start of rule
  • border-color: lightblue; :point_left: set the property
  • } :point_left: end of rule

So all together:

img[title^="product-"] { border-color: lightblue; }

Now see if you can to task 2 and task 3 yourself.
