Create Everything Programmatically

I want create my with code completly I have worked how how to create buttons with code. I would like to move between different user interfaces by a pressing buttom from a menu page. Again I want to do everything in code. Please can you point me in the right direction.

The Photo bombers app creates view controllers in code if i remember correctly. Check it out (assuming objective-c)
