Create NSMutableArray with 0 capacity?

Why can't I write it this way?

mutablearray.mm
NSMutableArray *elements = [[NSMutableArray alloc] init];

I've not tried it but there's a method called initWithCapacity in which you can specify the size of the array. Maybe using that with zero would achieve what you want - the class reference is here.

What is the difference between init and initWithCapacity: 0?

Thanks in advance!
