createPriceConverter Challenge on Functional Programming Challenge

I have been working on this challenge for hours and can't crack it.

Here is my code

 public static Function<Integer, String> createPriceConverter(Locale locale, BigDecimal usdRate) {

    return usdPrice -> {

    };

  }

Got this error on prepare submission

java.lang.AssertionError: Expected: is "First is $1.00 (USD) which is $15,48 (Argentine Peso)" but: was "First is $1.00 (USD) which is $�15,48 (Argentine Peso)"

Please help me to figure it out, Thanks
