Creating a form element.

I've been trying to submit this task for three times already and in the middle of it, it just crashes and says that it loses connection with the server. Is there anyway to fix this?

These code challenges can suffer from network connectivity issues sometimes. Try again in a couple of minutes and see if it works then.

If the problem persists then its worth emailing TreeHouse directly I believe the email comes up when the connect fails anyway. They are pretty good at coming back quickly.
