Creating a Forum

Hi

I'd like to set up a forum and wondered if anyone has experience of this and could give me any tips. My skills are CSS and HTML, so I wouldn't be able to build something from scratch.

Does anybody have any recommendations of how best to do this?

There are many open source Forums available. phpBB is installed kinda like wordpress and can be customized. https://www.phpbb.com/
