Creating a Wiki-based style guide

Any ideas for what lesson would be best for learning how to make a "live" style guide in wiki form for internal use at my company? Essentially wanting interface elements w/code to be "grab-able" from the wiki for anyone in the organization. I have little to no coding experience, but am a quick learner. Thanks.
