Do you get these from your domain? Is it the password you use to log in to the website or do you get this from somewhere else?

Hi Liz,

Then that will be the username and password you use to login to your domain account.
Depending on your domain provider, they may also offer you other information you may need to setup your ftp, like port settings etc, if they are different to the usual defaults.
