Criteria to become a moderator here

I am just curious about what is the criteria to become a moderator in treehouse community. Does anybody have information about it?

Thanks

Hey Rasbin,

The best way to be a moderator on Treehouse is to get involved in the forum. Help out fellow Treehouse students by answering their questions, and also by asking questions. The way it works is someone nominates you as a moderator, and that it. So my advice is, know your craft, and be active on the forum helping fellow students. I hope this helps.

Also you have to be a student for at least 3 months

I would also like to know about the benefits of being a moderator if there is any.

Thank you.
