Crystal Ball sound does not work on my phone

Hi.

I have a problem with trying the application in my phone. There is no sound. I checked everything. The file is present. I am wondering why doesn't the sound play whenever I shake the device. The shake detector works fine.

This may sound silly, but make sure that the phone is turned up fully and is off silent.

But we can't help without snippets of the code.
