29,847 PointsLearning HTML and CSS is like learning any other language, it takes time and a good amount of practice before you're fluent. On top of that, it's nearly impossible to memorize everything out there when it comes to HTML and CSS, let alone all the other tools required by front-end developers.
Your best friend is the internet and all its resources. Particularly things like the Mozilla Developer Network, W3CSchools, and CSS-Tricks.
Work on building a site and don't be afraid to use the available resources. You'll be surprised what you can accomplish through some memory, a lot of resources, and basic understanding of the language and syntax.
